We are Transitioning to a New Payment Portal

Mifflinburg Borough is in the process of transitioning to a new online utility payment portal, which offers better features and functionality to serve our residents.

Important for September Bills

Your Account ID and PIN are not printed on your September utility bill. To get them, call the Borough office at (570) 966-1013.

Starting with your October bill, your Account ID and PIN will be printed directly on the bill. Please see the sample image below for reference.

Two Ways to Use the New Portal

Make a One-Time Payment

Choose Utility Quick Pay and enter your Account ID and PIN. No account or password needed.

Your Account ID has two parts — enter them in the two boxes provided:

Create an Account for AutoPay

Register as an enrolled user to sign up for AutoPay, schedule payments, and store your payment methods.
If you had an account on the old system, sign in with that same email address.

Go to the New Payment Portal →

You'll be taken to the Borough's secure utility payment site.
